I host soul-paced, plant-based retreats for anyone craving a real break from their usual chaos. My retreats aren't just a yoga getaway - they're a deep reset for your mind, body, and soul. I keep things simple and real: lots of Iyengar yoga, breathwork, mindful eating, and a big dose of nature.

What Makes This Retreat Different

  • Everything’s built around four things: yoga & breath, soulful food, living with nature, and the power of community.
  • Iyengar yoga with props, so everyone from newbies to pros can join in. Morning sessions for energy, afternoons to unwind, sometimes even Aqua Yoga if the mood strikes.
  • Pranayama and Yoga Nidra help settle those racing thoughts.
  • All meals are organic, plant-based, and made by me (I’m a certified raw vegan chef). Sharing a South Indian Yele Oota (banana leaf feast) is a highlight.
  • We do everything surrounded by forests or mountains, following Dinacharya (Ayurvedic daily rhythm) so you actually feel in sync with the world again.
  • Community is everything here. We practice Sewa (selfless service) together, and you’ll leave with real connections, not just memories.

Daily Flow

  • Start with Tulsi or ginger shots, soaked nuts
  • Yoga and nature immersion, then a big breakfast
  • Plant-based healing lunches, afternoon workshops or rest
  • Evenings with candlelight meditations and a wholesome dinner

My Story

Since 1999, we’ve been a wild bunch—my husband, my son, and me. Always moving, always growing, sometimes sweating buckets together. My heart bursts watching my boy turn into a kind vegan warrior. Plant-based life? Compassion first, friends not food. Gave up dairy—should’ve done it sooner. We travel, dance, chase mountains and waves. People ask, ‘Where are you?’ not ‘How are you?’ That’s me. One world, one wave—don’t wait, add life to your days.
