We see fitness as something for the whole family, not just adults. Our Kids Fitness Program is about giving your kids a space to move, grow and feel part of our Quadz family. We want them to start life with good habits, not just sweaty workouts.
Our makkala (kids) program has two paths, depending on your child's vibe. If they're into sports, we've got youth sports training focused on building speed, agility, and power. If they're just looking for fun exercise for kids, we keep it lively with group fitness for children - think playful challenges, modified CrossFit, and tumba strong (super strong) sessions.
One of our lil champs brought home a badminton trophy, and seeing him beam in the gym honestly made our day. He told us training here made him faster on the court. Not every kid wins medals, but we see them get happier, more confident, and sometimes a little cheeky too.
Our team knows how to connect with kids. Siddesh P N, our strength and conditioning specialist, led our badminton star's journey and keeps sessions safe, motivating, and packed with energy. We want your kids to feel supported, not pressured.
Kids here find friends, learn new moves, and get a little stronger every week. Some days are tough, some are a blast, but they're always moving forward.
