My Story

Hey, we’re Quadz Fitness – Poornima and Vijay here. Been at this for 9+ years, and honestly, our Quadz family means the world. Hard work, honesty, consistency, transparency – that’s our jam. Festivals, bootcamps, birthdays – we celebrate everything together. My Work

Group Fitness & Dance Classes - We run Zumba group classes, Aerobics, Bollybeats dance fitness, and energetic CrossFit sessions for all levels.

Kids Fitness & Family Programs - Kids fitness programs and events for families – we get little champs moving and celebrate womanhood too.
