Finding balance isn’t just a saying for me - it’s the way I live, especially after long treks in the kaadu, male, betta (forest, rain, hills) back home. I bring that same sense of peace and focus to my yoga sessions in Namma Bengaluru. Yoga isn’t about just twisting your body. It’s about syncing your mind, body, and soul, and actually feeling alive in the moment.

What Happens in My Classes

  • We mix tradition and fitness - Iyengar-inspired yoga routines for alignment and strength, plus some playful challenges.
  • Key focus on posture, back, shoulders, and core – nothing fancy, just doing the basics right.
  • Expect to stretch and sweat a bit. Sometimes, we try headstands or pistol squats, but only if you’re up for it.
  • Guided pranayama sessions are always there. Breathwork isn’t optional - it’s the core.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Every class, I keep time for meditation too. The world outside can get noisy, but in my sessions, you get to find your own inner kaadu – that quiet spot inside, even if your day feels all over the place. Mindful meditation for stress relief is as important to me as the asanas.

My Story

Hey, Sathish here. Born by Kundapur’s coast, so you know the ocean’s rhythm runs in me. Now, Namma Bengaluru is where I bring that same energy—whether I’m leading a Bollywood dance workout or trekking in Sakleshpur hills. Fitness for me? Not punishment, boss. It’s a celebration. I dance anywhere, anytime. My classes? Party vibes, always. No boring stuff. We move, we laugh, we sweat. That’s my kind of balance.

Fitness Mix: Dance, Yoga, Strength - I teach Dance Fitness, Step Aerobics, Strong by Zumba, Iyengar yoga for beginners, Body Pump, and more.
