Fitness for me is all about movement and full-on energy. My style mixes the rhythm and buzz of my dance background with classic strength training, so you’ll never just stand around lifting weights. I want you to feel confident and strong, whether you’re training indoors or trekking through the kaadu and betta (that’s forest and hills).
This isn’t one of those silent, boring gyms. My sessions are loud, full of music, and packed with motivation from the group. It’s more like hanging out with a gang, except we’re sweating it out together. Think group strength training classes, but without any of the judgement.
Don’t worry if you’re new or already a pro. I help everyone find their groove and scale up or down. Just bring your best energy and patience - I’ll handle the rest.
It’s not just about the studio. We hit up parks, beaches, and sometimes even the hills. Namma Bengaluru has plenty of spots for us to turn into our gym.
