Fitness for me is all about movement and full-on energy. My style mixes the rhythm and buzz of my dance background with classic strength training, so you’ll never just stand around lifting weights. I want you to feel confident and strong, whether you’re training indoors or trekking through the kaadu and betta (that’s forest and hills).

The Squad Vibe

This isn’t one of those silent, boring gyms. My sessions are loud, full of music, and packed with motivation from the group. It’s more like hanging out with a gang, except we’re sweating it out together. Think group strength training classes, but without any of the judgement.

What We Actually Do

  • Body Pump: Light weights, high reps, and always moving to the beat
  • Functional movement workout & HIIT: Pistol squats, battle ropes, and high-intensity stuff that helps you in daily life
  • Outdoor bootcamp Bangalore style: Circuits using ladders, hurdles, cones - sometimes we even train outside to keep things fresh
  • Core stability exercises: Loads of focus on the core, with stability balls and bodyweight moves

Hey, Sathish here. Born by Kundapur’s coast, so you know the ocean’s rhythm runs in me. Now, Namma Bengaluru is where I bring that same energy—whether I’m leading a Bollywood dance workout or trekking in Sakleshpur hills. Fitness for me? Not punishment, boss. It’s a celebration. I dance anywhere, anytime. My classes? Party vibes, always. No boring stuff. We move, we laugh, we sweat. That’s my kind of balance.
