For me, fitness is all about rhythm and having fun. I don’t look at workouts as a punishment. If you walk into my class, you'll catch the vibe instantly - we move, we laugh, and we sweat with the music, not against it. No one’s judging here. Just a group of folks vibing together, each at their own pace.

What to Expect

Every session is packed with energy - expect loud music, lots of movement, and a bunch of us pushing each other forward. Whether you’re a pro or someone who’s never tried a dance workout for beginners, you fit right in. You’ll see people of all ages and fitness levels - some are here for the Bollywood-inspired workout, some just love a good Zumba cardio session.

My Take

Fitness and life - both are a balance. One day it’s crazy in the studio, the next, I’m wandering in the kaadu or betta outside Bangalore. Just show up, move to the music, and enjoy the ride.

My Story

Hey, Sathish here. Born by Kundapur’s coast, so you know the ocean’s rhythm runs in me. Now, Namma Bengaluru is where I bring that same energy—whether I’m leading a Bollywood dance workout or trekking in Sakleshpur hills. Fitness for me? Not punishment, boss. It’s a celebration. I dance anywhere, anytime. My classes? Party vibes, always. No boring stuff. We move, we laugh, we sweat. That’s my kind of balance.

Fitness Mix: Dance, Yoga, Strength - I teach Dance Fitness, Step Aerobics, Strong by Zumba, Iyengar yoga for beginners, Body Pump, and more.
