I don’t believe in shortcuts or crash diets - health is something you build, not hack. I care more about what’s actually in your food than the calories it shows. Food can heal, balance hormones, and cut inflammation if you work with it, not fight it.

My Story

I’ve been through weight gain, high BP, and the menopause rollercoaster myself. With food and simple habits, I turned it around. If I can do it, you can too. I believe women must put themselves first sometimes - because when we’re healthy, so is our family.

My Story

Hey, I’m Pramila. Health wasn’t always my thing - after my first baby, I hit 73 kilos, BP was up, legs hurt. That’s when I flipped my habits, and now, at 50, I feel ready for round two! I’m a Rajasthani at heart, love sarees, royal food, and family trips (Ha Long Bay caves were magic). Being a mom and daughter taught me: women give a lot, but we gotta care for ourselves too. Nutrition’s my passion, but life’s more than just eating right.
