Passion led me here, not a plan. I left a fancy desk job after a neck injury and threw everything into building OctaFit. I wanted a place where hard work beats hype, and every session is about becoming the strongest, most disciplined version of yourself.

What You’ll Learn

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is my core - it’s all about leverage, not brute force. We do both Gi and No-Gi, cover everything from basics to rolling, and even get into practical 'Street Jiu Jitsu'.
  • MMA blends striking (Boxing, Muay Thai) with grappling (BJJ, Wrestling). We train full contact or go one-on-one if you’re aiming high.
  • Boxing classes are always packed. You’ll get head movement, pad work, bag drills, and real sparring.
  • Muay Thai & Kickboxing offer a killer full-body workout. Learn the art of eight limbs and get strong, fast.

Who Trains With Us

  • Total newbies to advanced fighters, all ages. Men, women, and kids train side by side (beginners don’t get thrown in with pros).
  • Special kids’ program (ages 6-14) focused on self-defense training for kids, confidence, and making them bully-proof.

  • Every class builds both grit and real-world self-defense skills.

My Story

OctaFit started outta my own mess. Left a cushy Philips job in Germany, chased jiu-jitsu, broke my neck, almost quit. But somehow, I bounced back. Skipped surgery, built this gym so I’d never run away from my passion again. It’s not just about lifting weights here. Sometimes my pet iguana’s chilling in the corner, sometimes we’re rolling on the beaches at our BJJ beach camp in Andaman. Real people, real stories, no filters.

My Work

All in one Martial Arts & Fitness - Boxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, CrossFit, Calisthenics, Strength & Conditioning, Weightlifting, plus kids and senior programs.

Unconventional Training - No fake stuff. We mix martial arts and functional fitness. It’s about pushing limits, not posing for Instagram.

Community Vibes - You join as a stranger, leave as a teammate. We lift each other up. Good vibes, no egos.
