I started OctaFit because the grind matters, but not just inside a gym. The real progress happens when you take discipline out into the world - that's where these retreats come in. It’s not a chill holiday. I build these fitness & adventure retreats so we can test limits, learn new skills, and get a fresh perspective.

What to Expect

  • No lazy pool days. We train, push boundaries, and come back changed.
  • Each retreat is a mix of martial arts, adventure sports, and raw nature.
  • Example: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on the beach, a proper scuba diving fitness camp, surfing lessons, trekking, and sometimes a guided night hike to spot wildlife.
  • I coach you personally, no matter your level. Beginners, you’re welcome. If you’ve never tried martial arts or adventure sports, this is where you start.

Retreat Highlights

  • Andaman Islands: Live on Havelock, train MMA and BJJ, get your PADI scuba certification, sunset kayaking, wildlife treks, all logistics sorted.
  • Udupi Coast: Surf and wellness adventure with a local surf school, roll on the sand, enjoy a workout that’s nothing like your usual routine.

My Story

OctaFit started outta my own mess. Left a cushy Philips job in Germany, chased jiu-jitsu, broke my neck, almost quit. But somehow, I bounced back. Skipped surgery, built this gym so I’d never run away from my passion again. It’s not just about lifting weights here. Sometimes my pet iguana’s chilling in the corner, sometimes we’re rolling on the beaches at our BJJ beach camp in Andaman. Real people, real stories, no filters.

My Work

All in one Martial Arts & Fitness - Boxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, CrossFit, Calisthenics, Strength & Conditioning, Weightlifting, plus kids and senior programs.

Unconventional Training - No fake stuff. We mix martial arts and functional fitness. It’s about pushing limits, not posing for Instagram.

Community Vibes - You join as a stranger, leave as a teammate. We lift each other up. Good vibes, no egos.

For All Levels - Total beginner or pro, doesn’t matter. We’ve got separate groups and attention for everyone.
