I’m Nisha, a physiotherapist and nutrition coach. For me, healthy living isn’t about starving or following some crash diet. I believe in eating right and making it simple. My aim? To help you build sustainable eating habits that fit your actual life.

75-Day Clean Eating Program

My signature 75-day clean eating program isn’t about rules you’ll forget. We work together (small batches) to reset habits and make changes that last. It’s all about learning and doing, swalpa by swalpa (little by little).

Making Diet Changes?

If you’re thinking of turning vegan or vegetarian, but worried about weakness or missing nutrients, I can help guide you through a safe vegetarian and vegan transition. My rule: add new foods before removing old ones, so your body doesn’t miss out.

My Story

Hey, we’re Body Edit Fitness. Life’s always moving here – from physio to dance, now chasing my little one! Started our studio back in college, wild times. Just became a mom, shared my pregnancy journey with everyone – belly dancing at 24 weeks, exercising till 35. Not all rosy, hair fall and tired days, but grateful for my support crew. Now, back to fitness as a new mom, building strength from scratch. Biggest win? Our mini-me!
