I’m Nisha, a physiotherapist and nutrition coach. For me, healthy living isn’t about starving or following some crash diet. I believe in eating right and making it simple. My aim? To help you build sustainable eating habits that fit your actual life.
My signature 75-day clean eating program isn’t about rules you’ll forget. We work together (small batches) to reset habits and make changes that last. It’s all about learning and doing, swalpa by swalpa (little by little).
If you’re thinking of turning vegan or vegetarian, but worried about weakness or missing nutrients, I can help guide you through a safe vegetarian and vegan transition. My rule: add new foods before removing old ones, so your body doesn’t miss out.
I’ll never just hand you a plan and walk away. I explain why you’re eating what you’re eating - from macros to metabolism, even how protein matters for skin and hair. My clients become my tribe. We do this together, step by step.
