For me, health is about feeling happy inside and out. I don’t believe in quick fixes. It’s a journey, and yeah, it takes patience. At first, you’ll notice easy stuff like water weight dropping off - feels good, but real change comes when we start working on losing actual body fat. Over months, these new habits blend into your daily routine, until eating well and moving more just feels normal.

  • I make personalized plans - no copy-paste stuff. Whether you’re dealing with PCOS, obesity, or kidney issues, I listen and build something that fits your real life.
  • Healthy food isn’t boring at my place. You’ll get simple, tasty options - I’m talking healthy nacho platters or millet dishes. My clients always say they love the recipes, and they’re quick too.
  • Building lasting habits is key. I help you figure out mindful eating (kyun khate ho, kaise khate ho - why and how you eat), and share snack ideas for those random cravings. I’m usually around for doubts and pep talks, because I know it’s not easy.

Weight Loss or Gain - I’ve Got You

Some folks want to lose weight, some need help gaining it back after health issues. My plans cover both. Stories like Varsha losing 20 kg, or a client gaining 8 kg after insomnia, make me proud. We work as a team, and I’m always rooting for you.

Hey, I’m Swati. Been a Dietitian & Nutritionist for 20 years, but honestly, my life’s much more - I’m an athlete, sometimes a singer (just dropped a Saraswati Vandana!), and you’ll spot me at local events or giving health talks in schools. I love seeing real smiles from folks when their health turns around. That’s my high. Mind, body, soul - I try to keep it all balanced, like a good meal.
