I believe every kid deserves to move, sweat, and feel strong. At Namma Training, our kids & youth fitness plan is all about getting them off screens and into real action. "Namma" means "our" in Kannada - so when your child joins us, they're part of our crew, not just another face in the gym.

My Story

We’re NAMMA. Means ‘Our’ in Kannada, and that’s what this place is. Not just a gym, but a home. People walk in, lost sometimes, and find their crew. We started with the idea that training is every damn day, not just a one-off. Watching folks, especially women, get strong and confident - that’s our high. We lift for causes too, like helping kids beat eye cancer. You come here for fitness, but you stay for the family. This is NAMMA.
