Namma isn’t just a name, it’s how we run things here. Namma means 'ours' in Kannada - our space, our people, our vibe. Whether you’ve never put on gloves or you’ve fought in a cage, you’re part of the fam the minute you walk in. Everybody’s an athlete here, and nobody gets left behind.
For us, combat sports is more than just working out. It’s about building grit and learning how to handle life, not just punches. You’ll get fit, sure, but you’ll also pick up real self-defense for beginners and mental toughness that sticks around way after you’ve left the mats.
We mix things up. Some days it’s striking drills, next day it’s CrossFit-style strength training. Reps can get boring, but that’s how you get sharp. Controlled sparring practice is a must—if you don’t spar, you won’t really know what you’ve got.
Everyone’s here. Total newbies, fitness freaks, men, women, kids, even legends like Usha Aunty who can still throw down. Serious training, but always with a side of friendly banter and a coffee after class.
