My Story

My journey began - Started practicing yoga 25 years ago, trained extensively in Mysore and Bangalore for nine years.

Writing is my passion - Authored "Yoga for Kids" in multiple languages and regularly write columns for leading publications.

What drives me - Deeply passionate about making traditional yoga relevant and accessible in today's fast-paced world.

Learning never stops - Spent 500+ hours training with my guru Srivatsa Ramaswami in Vinyasa Krama tradition.
