Got a wild theme in mind or a Pinterest inspo saved? I’m all in for quirky ideas and personalized birthday cake designs. If you want names, ages, crazy toppers, or even a football stadium, I'll do my best to make it happen. I try to keep the look stunning but never let the taste slide.

• Signature: Cream cheese frosting cake, which is flavourful but not too sweet.
• Popular picks: Red Velvet, Classic Chocolate Ganache, Vanilla Blueberry, Butterscotch, Fresh Mango (if the season is right), Eggless Fruit Cake (no alcohol, only orange juice).

I believe cake is for all. So, eggless celebration cakes and gluten-free custom cakes are always an option. My gluten-free ragi chocolate cake surprises even the skeptics.
