I used to think yoga was all about fancy poses. Turns out, the real changes happen inside. My sessions aren’t about comparing yourself to others, it’s about doing a little better than yesterday. No-nonsense, real talk, and zero fluff.

What’s Different Here

Yoga isn’t just stretching. We work with:

  • Kriya for detox (cleansing up from the inside)
  • Pranayama (breathwork is your superpower)
  • Meditation for a calm, focused mind

What You Can Expect

  • For functional strength yoga: Not just stretching. We build real, deep strength with planks, warriors, arm balances, and more. Flexibility comes safely, no shortcuts.
  • Yoga for weight management: We use dynamic flows and poses that boost metabolism, cut down stress hormones, and make you more body-aware.
  • Yoga for stress relief: If you’re anxious or overwhelmed, we focus on calming breathwork and poses like Balasana and Nadi Shodhana that help your mind slow down.

For All Levels

Beginner or advanced, I meet you where you are. We focus on strong basics first, and if you’re ready, move up to advanced stuff like headstands or forearm balances. Progress isn’t rushed.

How You Join

Online yoga classes or in person at my Nandhini Layout studio in Bangalore. Flexible morning and evening batches, five days a week.

Discipline isn’t punishment. Just show up - I’ll walk with you.

My Story

A few years back, nobody would look at me and say 'yoga teacher'. My journey with yoga? Slow, not flashy. I dropped weight, got strong, flexible, but the real win was finding some peace inside. Yoga taught me it’s not about fancy poses or showing off—just showing up for yourself, every day. When life gets messy, even five minutes on the mat helps me breathe easy and feel present. That’s the change I want to share. Not comparison, just self-discovery.

My Work

Yoga classes for all levels - I teach beginners, advanced folks, and offer therapeutic yoga for things like diabetes and migraine relief.

Yoga in Kannada and English - Classes are in Kannada and English, so if you're in Bangalore, banni! (Come join!)

Mindful movement and science backed teaching - I focus on mindful movement and explain the 'why' behind every practice. No need to be flexible to start.

Sustainable yoga routine - I help you build a routine that sticks, not just a one-time thing. Patience and consistency matter here.
