Therapeutic yoga is about combining your body’s strength and mind’s peace (nimma sharirada shakti mattu manassina shanti). My focus is on real healing, not just quick fixes.
This isn’t your typical group yoga class. Every session is tailored to your needs, using a mix of asanas, pranayama (breathing), mudras, and meditation. I look at the root causes, not just the symptoms, so we can actually manage and prevent lifestyle diseases and chronic stress.
I keep it simple and honest. No fancy talk, no pressure to be perfect. We go at your pace, listen to your body, and stick to what works. Progress is slow, sometimes frustrating, but real change takes time. If you’re ready to try something that’s actually about you, not just poses, let’s get started.
