I used to think yoga was all about moving your body in different shapes, but I learned pretty quickly that most health problems start inside - stress, bad digestion, or hormones out of whack. Therapeutic yoga is about combining your body’s strength and mind’s peace (nimma sharirada shakti mattu manassina shanti). My focus is on real healing, not just quick fixes.

How My Therapeutic Yoga Works

This isn’t your typical group yoga class. Every session is tailored to your needs, using a mix of asanas, pranayama (breathing), mudras, and meditation. I look at the root causes, not just the symptoms, so we can actually manage and prevent lifestyle diseases and chronic stress.

  • Yoga for back pain relief & sciatica: We work on posture, gentle strengthening, and support, not forcing stretches.
  • Yoga for hormonal imbalance (PCOS, thyroid, periods): Focus on circulation, hormone balance, and pelvic health.

My Story
