I started Pilates coaching because I’ve seen how much it can change not just the body, but your headspace too. Honestly, if your mind is in it, your body will follow - that’s what I believe. Every session is about that mind-body link.

My Way: Mindful Moves

I’m a certified Physical Therapist, and I don’t see Pilates as just another workout. For me, breath and posture are everything. We’ll work on:

  • Breathing right, to boost strength and let go of stress
  • Form that keeps you safe and actually builds results
  • Using movement to heal, whether you’re coming back from injury or just feeling stuck

Who Trains With Me

Everyone’s welcome, no matter your background. I’ve worked with pro athletes and total newbies. Doesn’t matter if you’re here for core strength training, stress relief, or injury recovery Pilates. Even guys who think Pilates isn’t for them – bhai, try it once, flexibility aur halkaipan (lightness) ka feel alag hi hai (the feeling is just different).

What’s Inside My Studio

You can train solo (1-on-1), join group reformer Pilates classes, work out with your partner, or focus on rehab. The studio’s got all the gear – reformers, Cadillac, jump boards – so we can go from basics to crazy-advanced.

My Story

Hey, I’m Sufiyan – physical therapist, Pilates coach, bit of a travel junkie. I’ve worked with some cool folks, like Janhvi Kapoor and KL Rahul, but honestly, it’s seeing anyone find their groove that makes me happy. Opened Stretch Pilates & Wellness in Bengaluru with a simple motto: yaar, ek life hai, toh full power jeena chahiye (you’ve got one life, live it to the fullest). Let’s get moving, stay positive, and maybe laugh at ourselves a little.

Pilates & Physical Therapy - Certified Pilates on Cadillac and Reformer, plus physical therapy for injuries and pain management.

Strength, Flexibility & Mind Body Connection - We build core strength and flexibility. Mind-body Pilates Bangalore style – progress over perfection, always.

Coaching for Everyone - Absolute beginners, pro athletes, celebs – all welcome. Full body transformation coaching, no fear, just your own strength.

Safety First, Always - Kabhi kabhi crazy poses hote hai (sometimes we do wild poses), so please, only with trainers. Safety is top priority.
