People keep asking, "Itna yoga karke kya milta hai?" For me, it’s all about sukoon. Real peace comes from doing yoga in the mountains, away from city ka shor (noise). That’s why I started these retreats - to help others find that same calm.
This isn’t your regular holiday spot. It’s for those who want a proper mental reset, not just another break. We trek pahado mein (in the mountains) and do yoga right there, under the open sky. It’s a mix of sweat and quiet, a way to actually challenge yourself and chill at the same time. If your mind’s been racing, this hits pause.
We hike as a group through places like Nandi Hills. Expect tough climbs but also killer views. After trekking, we get into outdoor yoga sessions - asanas for strength, meditation for calm, and savasana straight under the clouds. I design it so you connect with the earth, your breath, and your own thoughts. That’s the real yoga trekking experience.
If you’re stuck in city routine, want to get out and push yourself, or just want deeper yoga practice with some mountain mindfulness, this is for you. Sukoon milta hai (peace is found) when you step out of comfort.
