Yoga gives me sukoon (peace) and that's what I want you to experience too. I don't believe in quick motivation hacks - for me, it's about showing up, no matter what. Fight it out on the mat and you won't have to fight for your health in the hospital later. Simple.

What My ‘Fat to Fit’ Program Looks Like

  • Not your basic yoga class. We go for a real fat to fit transformation.
  • My approach mixes Ashtanga yoga for muscle building, bodyweight exercises, and traditional Indian strength training like Dand (the desi push-up).
  • Every class targets strength, stamina, and flexibility. Expect lots of animal walks, core workouts, and some sweat.

My Style: The AshTangi Way

  • Dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa flows to build natural strength and stamina.
  • Old-school moves like Chakra Dand and Ram Murti Dand for serious upper body gains.
  • Full-body yogic workouts with a heavy focus on core strengthening yoga routines.
  • I talk a lot about yukta-ahara (balanced diet) and yukta-vihara (lifestyle) - because health is bigger than just workouts.

Goals We Chase

  • Real weight loss and toning, but no crash diets or fake promises. Progress, not shortcuts.
  • Belly fat? No spot reduction magic, but we’ll grind on core and full-body moves.
  • You’ll work towards advanced poses like Headstand and Crow, but I’ll make sure you’re prepped and safe.
  • Flexibility and mobility drills to fix tight hamstrings and that typical “IT job” hunch.

My Story

Main Vaibhav hoon, AshTangi through and through. Yoga is my way of life, not just mat pe exercise. Sukoon chahiye toh mountains or Cubbon park mein yoga karo – nature ka vibe alag hi hai. Mere partner Payal ke saath, har subah Ashtanga sun salutation karte hain. Vyaayaam se hi asli sukh milta hai, health bhi, strength bhi. Mere saath yoga journey pe chalo, body aur mind dono halka ho jayega.
