Back pain? Desk job stiffness? I spend a lot of time on yoga for back pain relief and know which stretches help, and which can be risky if you’ve got a disc issue or sciatica. I’ll show you simple routines to open up tight shoulders, release neck tension, and work your hamstrings to protect your back and knees.

My Story

Main Vaibhav hoon, AshTangi through and through. Yoga is my way of life, not just mat pe exercise. Sukoon chahiye toh mountains or Cubbon park mein yoga karo – nature ka vibe alag hi hai. Mere partner Payal ke saath, har subah Ashtanga sun salutation karte hain. Vyaayaam se hi asli sukh milta hai, health bhi, strength bhi. Mere saath yoga journey pe chalo, body aur mind dono halka ho jayega.
