I treat Pilates as more than a sweat session - it’s a way to tune into how your body moves and feels, so you actually notice change beyond just looking fit. My background in physiotherapy means every move in my studio is chosen for a reason, whether you’re here to fix your posture, recover from an injury, or just want to feel good in your skin.

What Sets My Training Apart

  • Physio-led Pilates sessions: I use my physiotherapist training to adapt every exercise for your body, especially if you’ve got nagging low back pain or dodgy knees.
  • We focus on posture correction workout, working those deep support muscles so you stand taller, sit easier, and hurt less.
  • Everything flows from Pilates basics: control, precision, breathing, and focus. It looks simple but trust me, you’ll feel every muscle.

Studio & Equipment

  • Stott Pilates® gear fills the studio. Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Wunda Chair - we use whatever helps you progress.
  • Full-body Reformer exercises are the heart of most sessions, mixing resistance and stretch.
  • Mat work is part of the plan too, hitting strength and mobility without fancy kit.

My Story

People call me Dr. Pilates, not just for fun - it’s from my physiotherapy days. I saw people hurting, not just from bad posture but from not really knowing their own bodies. Pilates clicked for me. It’s science, it’s art, it’s breathing right. I got deep into Stott Pilates, wanted to make a space where anyone - athletes, new moms, whoever - can move safe, heal, and feel strong. We’re a studio, but feels more like a tribe. We hike, we breathe, we grow together. This is my thing, my purpose.
