I use EMS Training to make workouts feel fresher and more effective. My thing has always been blending mind and body, so EMS gives me a way to help you get deeper muscle engagement, faster. Basically, we put you in an EMS workout suit, and gentle electrical impulses get your muscles working harder than usual. You get the kind of full-body electrical stimulation that usually takes ages at the gym, but here, we get it done quicker.
EMS isn’t magic, and not everyone loves the suit feeling at first. Some folks say it’s weird, but most get used to it. If you want something that feels modern and pushes your routine without crazy-long workouts, EMS is worth a shot. I bring my physio lens so you get safe muscle activation technology with each session, and I’m always happy to chat about what works for your body.
