For me, Pilates is more than just fitness - it’s a way to reconnect with yourself and keep your body moving the way it should. I believe that when your mind, body, and breath work together, you start feeling and living better. Not gonna lie, it takes some effort, but if you’re up for it, you’ll notice the difference.
I’m a certified physiotherapist, so I bring a rehab approach into the sessions. Clinical Pilates is all about safe movement. I use the STOTT PILATES® method and focus on why we do every exercise, not just how. It’s ideal if you’re coming off an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just want a joint-friendly workout that’s not boring.
You’ll find us in Kalyan Nagar. The studio’s got all the Pilates equipment studio essentials - reformers, Cadillac, stability chairs, you name it. It’s clean, chill, and set up so you can actually focus.
