There’s something about sweating together that just can’t be matched. Adara kicke bere (the feeling is different) when you train with others. I see people push past limits, laugh through the struggle, and kind of forget they’re working out. Here, you don’t just show up for yourself - you end up inspiring the whole crew, and they push you right back.

What We Do

  • Bollywood dance workout group sessions for those who want to groove and burn calories all at once. Forget boring treadmill runs. Our dance studio is always buzzing.
  • High intensity interval group training if you like things raw and sweaty. Battle ropes, agility ladders, circuits - no shortcuts.
  • Step aerobics for a full-body challenge, mixing music and movement to keep it interesting.
  • Group yoga classes for flexibility and a calmer mind, to balance out those heavy days.

For Kids Too

Every summer, I run a kids summer fitness camp (ages 3-12) with dance, games, and fun moves. Fitness should start early, but it should always feel like play.

How We Roll

Classes fit all schedules - early mornings, midday, or after work. I believe there’s no such thing as “no time”. Banni, join madi (Come, join). You’ll get what the hype is about only when you’re in the room with us.

Namaste. I'm Dhanu, founder of Dhanu's Goldfitness in Kengeri. Fitness isn't just my job, it's my life. Started off lifting weights in a small gym corner, now I've won Bharath Shree and Bharath Classic Physique titles. That moment made me want to help others feel strong too. Here, we're one big family.
