About

Movement is my thing. I mix old-school strength training, Pilates, and my own 'Grinding' techniques to boost your performance and keep pain away. It’s about moving right, feeling strong, and just having fun with it.

What’s ‘Grinding’?

It’s my core method: repetitive, cyclical moves (sometimes on a spin bike, sometimes with bands or reformers) to help your body find its natural rhythm. I watch how you move, then we sharpen it up so you use less effort and get more power. Deep focus stuff - alignment, movement awareness, body memory.

Training for Every Athlete

No matter your sport, I tweak things just for you:

  • Cricket: Batting rhythm, straight drive, bowling mechanics.
  • Tennis: We fix your forehand, hip work, grip, smashes, serves.
  • Swimming: Butterfly, breaststroke, pull, both dry-land and water drills.
  • Running: Serious form correction - elbows, knees, stride, feet.
  • Golf: Swing work.
  • Rugby, Wrestling, Boxing, Field Hockey, Water Polo, Javelin, Arm Wrestling - I’ve trained folks in all these.

Building Strong, Pain-Free Bodies

We use HIIT, heavy compound lifts, and functional mobility workouts for real-world strength and endurance. Spinal health is big for me - Pilates reformers, core drills like Dragon Flag, lots of focus on keeping your back and shoulders happy. Injury-proofing? Always. Sport-specific injury prevention is built into everything.

Not About Being Perfect

I’m not the fastest or the strongest, and that’s cool. It’s about enjoying movement and finding your own balance. Nothing’s perfect, but we keep moving, yaar (buddy).

My Story

Hey, I'm Darshan – movement is my jam. People tag me as a Pilates expert (yeah, Yasmin Karachiwala days), but I’m all about going beyond that label. If your spine moves well, you’re young – simple. Inspiration hits me anywhere, like teaching kids on a random street mattress or arranging flowers in a coconut shell. Life’s fun, don’t be too serious. My goal? Help you stand tall, breathe easy, and laugh while you learn.
