Movement is life, yaar. My whole thing is about finding better ways to move so you can feel strong, stable, and mobile. No chasing perfection here - just helping you enjoy your body, build strength, and say bye to pain. I’m not the strongest or the fastest, but I love what I do and want you to feel that too.

How My Pilates & Core Training Works

This isn’t just about repping out exercises. I get how you move, spot those small imbalances, and guide you to fix them. My eyes are always on your posture, core, and the way your spine works - because that’s where real change starts. If you’re a newbie, a gym bro, an athlete, or just someone wanting a pain-free back, I tailor the stuff for you.

My Story

Hey, I'm Darshan – movement is my jam. People tag me as a Pilates expert (yeah, Yasmin Karachiwala days), but I’m all about going beyond that label. If your spine moves well, you’re young – simple. Inspiration hits me anywhere, like teaching kids on a random street mattress or arranging flowers in a coconut shell. Life’s fun, don’t be too serious. My goal? Help you stand tall, breathe easy, and laugh while you learn.

My Work

Services I offer - Pilates, functional core work, and my own 'Grinding' method for fitness, pain relief, or sports performance.

Grinding Philosophy - Cyclical, rhythmic movement training focused on alignment, awareness, and that makhan squat technique.

Spinal Articulation & Stability - We work on spine, shoulder, and pelvic stability. It’s not just reps, it’s about real change in your body.
