I’m all about helping people move better and ditch pain for good. My own approach, ‘Grinding’, is built on simple, repetitive movements that bring balance and strength, not just brute force. You don’t have to be a pro athlete to get results. I focus on quality movement and a bit of fun along the way.

What I Do

If you’re stuck with chronic pain, stiff from old injuries, or your body just feels out of whack, I’m here for you. I mix my ‘Grinding’ method with Pilates (mat and reformer) and functional strength. I watch how you move, spot the little things, and guide you to stand taller, move smoother, and breathe easier. No rush - we go step by step to make real changes.

  • Lower back bugging you? I’ll help you with spinal mobility and core stability for that chronic lower back pain relief.
  • Shoulder pinching or stiff? We’ll work on shoulder mobility exercises and build up those smaller muscles that keep things in place.
  • Posture feels off? I focus on postural correction techniques and tweak movement habits so you feel balanced.

‘Grinding’ is about rhythm, flow, and moving with awareness. We might use reformers, bands, or just bodyweight. Doesn’t matter - it’s about how you move, not just what you use. My Story

Hey, I'm Darshan – movement is my jam. People tag me as a Pilates expert (yeah, Yasmin Karachiwala days), but I’m all about going beyond that label. If your spine moves well, you’re young – simple. Inspiration hits me anywhere, like teaching kids on a random street mattress or arranging flowers in a coconut shell. Life’s fun, don’t be too serious. My goal? Help you stand tall, breathe easy, and laugh while you learn.
