Finding time to connect with my body and mind has changed everything for me, and I want to help you find that too. My online yoga classes aren’t about showing off fancy poses or being super flexible. It’s more about coming to the mat as you are and discovering how movement, breath, and stillness can help you feel a little more at home in yourself.

What Happens in Class

  • Each live Zoom yoga session is around 60 minutes
  • We start with Hatha yoga postures, moving slow and tuning in - no rush, no pressure
  • Breathwork (pranayama) is always included, because honestly, it’s a game changer for stress and anxiety relief
  • Every class ends with a few minutes of relaxation and simple meditation, so you leave feeling lighter

I use a mix of somatic movement and classic asanas. Sometimes, you might feel a bit awkward or stiff - totally normal! I honestly have days like that too.

My Story

Hey, I’m Taari, folks call me ‘curlyogagirl’ and yeah, yoga’s my jam. Wasn’t born flexible, trust me. For us women, so much is kept hush-hush, especially about our bodies. Yoga made me question all that nonsense. When I got into pre and postnatal yoga, it hit different – helping women own their stories, not just follow old rules. I want families built on their own values, not ‘Pita ji decides, Ma cooks’. Oh, and if music’s on, you’ll probably catch me dancing somewhere.
