Finding time to connect with my body and mind has changed everything for me, and I want to help you find that too. My online yoga classes aren’t about showing off fancy poses or being super flexible. It’s more about coming to the mat as you are and discovering how movement, breath, and stillness can help you feel a little more at home in yourself.
I use a mix of somatic movement and classic asanas. Sometimes, you might feel a bit awkward or stiff - totally normal! I honestly have days like that too.
Practicing from your own space means you learn to trust your body more and listen to what feels right for you. My main goal is to guide without pushing - you get to choose the pace.
If you want more personal support, I also do one-on-one private sessions tailored to whatever you’re working through.
Real talk: The biggest changes aren’t just in your body, but in your head and heart. Showing up, even on stiff days, is where the real growth starts.
