I've seen how yoga can help seniors feel stronger and more at ease, no matter where they're starting from. Mera maanna hai ki sab kuch sahi hota hai apne time pe (I believe everything falls into place in its own time). My sessions are all about gentle movement - not complicated poses or pushing you beyond comfort.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, especially for elders. Each session is tailored to your health needs, whether it's stiffness, pain, or just feeling a bit weak these days. We work together to figure out what your body needs most.
Healing takes time - patience is key. Sometimes, just having someone with you makes the journey lighter. Family members are always welcome to join in, because their support really does matter.
