Yoga feels like my daily dose of freedom. For me, it's not about showing off flexibility but about finding peace, letting go of stress, and believing jo ho achha (whatever happens, it's for the good). I’ve learned that patience and self-belief matter more than perfect poses. Some days, the headstand just doesn’t happen, and that’s okay.

My sessions bring together movement, breath, and a bit of soul. Each class, whether personal or group, covers:

  • Asanas to build strength and flexibility
  • Pranayama for focus and calming the mind (super helpful for PCOS too)
  • Shatkarma (cleansing), like Jalneti, for a fresh start
  • Meditation and sometimes bhajans for that spiritual boost

There's a different energy when we practice together - ekdum mast (totally awesome) vibes in group yoga community sessions, sometimes even outdoors. Personal classes are all about you – your goals, your pace, your body.

Yoga as Therapy

A lot of my focus is on yoga for chronic pain relief and movement issues. I design personalized yoga routines for things like knee pain, arthritis, or even PCOS. Sometimes things get better fast, sometimes not, but we always work with what your body tells us.

My Story

Hi, I’m Bhavini. Uttarakhand mountains, Goa beaches, my balcony chai, and my Pom pup – these are my happy places. Life’s thrown me loops, but I’ve learned to let go and trust what’s next. Yoga is my anchor, my freedom. And happiness? Arre idhar udhar mat dhundo, dil thoda bada karo (don’t search far, just open your heart). I find beauty in small moments and love sharing that spark through yoga.

My Work

Yoga Therapy & Personal Sessions - I do yoga therapy for PCOS, cervical spondylitis, knee pain, and more. Personal and group classes, too.

Holistic & Spiritual Yoga - Yoga’s not just asanas. We do Jalneti cleansing, Pranayama, and sometimes end with a soulful bhajan.

Yoga for Seniors - Restorative yoga for seniors is close to my heart. A gentle touch and patience go a long way.

Outdoor Yoga Retreats - I love outdoor yoga retreats – Goa beaches, lakesides, fresh air. Nature makes yoga magical.
