Life throws curveballs - I’ve seen my share, and I know setbacks can leave you feeling stuck. My belief? Jo ho achha (Whatever happens, is for the good). Yoga’s helped me find a way out of pain and fear, so I want to help you do the same. My sessions are about real healing, not perfect poses.

What My Sessions Are Like

  • Every body’s different - I don’t do cookie-cutter routines.
  • I listen first, then make the practice fit your needs and limits.
  • If you’ve got joint pain, desk-job aches, or something like PCOD/PCOS, we work on those together.
  • I always say, check with your doc before starting anything new - safety pehle (safety first).

How I Help You Heal

  • Neck, shoulder, or knee pain? We use simple moves to ease stiffness, not push through pain.
  • For arthritis or carpal tunnel, gentle yoga for arthritis and stretches can help with hand and finger mobility.
  • Suffer from PCOS? I use holistic PCOS yoga management with breathwork, postures, and practical lifestyle advice.
  • Desk job blues? I’ll show you chair-assisted office yoga and stretches to ease tension.

My Approach

We mix asanas, subtle exercises, breathing, and small changes in daily habits. No rush - healing’s a slow journey. Main saath hoon (I’m with you), one day at a time.

My Story

Hi, I’m Bhavini. Uttarakhand mountains, Goa beaches, my balcony chai, and my Pom pup – these are my happy places. Life’s thrown me loops, but I’ve learned to let go and trust what’s next. Yoga is my anchor, my freedom. And happiness? Arre idhar udhar mat dhundo, dil thoda bada karo (don’t search far, just open your heart). I find beauty in small moments and love sharing that spark through yoga.

My Work

Yoga Therapy & Personal Sessions - I do yoga therapy for PCOS, cervical spondylitis, knee pain, and more. Personal and group classes, too.

Holistic & Spiritual Yoga - Yoga’s not just asanas. We do Jalneti cleansing, Pranayama, and sometimes end with a soulful bhajan.

Yoga for Seniors - Restorative yoga for seniors is close to my heart. A gentle touch and patience go a long way.

Outdoor Yoga Retreats - I love outdoor yoga retreats – Goa beaches, lakesides, fresh air. Nature makes yoga magical.
