We also dig into the mental game using focused balance work and breathing that helps you handle pressure, on or off the field.
With the little ones, it’s all about turning yoga into play. My kids yoga sessions are fun and light, with games and simple moves that get kids moving without feeling judged. They’ll get better at balance, understand their bodies, and even pick up a bit of mindfulness - but it won’t feel like a lesson.
