Yoga isn’t about getting your leg behind your head. It’s about finding a little breathing space in the middle of work chaos. I’ve seen how crazy office life in Bengaluru can get - eyes glued to screens, shoulders hunched, minds always on. That’s why I bring yoga into workplaces, to help teams swap stress for a bit of strength and calm.

What My Sessions Look Like

  • Desk Yoga: Short, no-fuss sessions at the workstation. No mats, no fancy gear, just mindful movement at work to loosen up stiff necks and shoulders. Perfect for squeezing in a break without changing clothes.
  • Mat Yoga: For companies with a wellness room, I run group classes with asanas, pranayama, and meditation. It’s a deeper experience, helps with team bonding and lets everyone slow down together.
  • Virtual Corporate Yoga Sessions: Your team’s not in one place? No problem. I run live online classes, or a mix of in-person and remote so everyone’s included.
  • Stress Management Workshops: We tackle stress head-on - breathing exercises, simple meditation, and tips for managing anxiety.

My Story

Namaskara! I’m Arpitha, born and raised in namma Bengaluru. Yoga is my daily bread, yaake andre (because) it’s not just stretching, it’s living with balance and a calm mind. But hey, I love a good party too – dancing, dressing up, family hangouts, festival madness, and fan moments with Shivanna! Life’s a mix, right? Quiet pooja at home, wild beach trip with my son, laughter with my girls. I find joy in all those little moments. That’s my kinda balance.

Yoga Classes for All - I teach personal yoga, group sessions, kids yoga classes, and corporate desk yoga in Bangalore.

My Style - It’s not just asanas – we focus on breathing, rhythm, and emotional wellness yoga to find inner harmony.
