My studio is more than just four walls - it's where all the dosti (friendship) and good vibes happen. I get a real kick out of seeing folks walk in tired and leave with a huge smile. Zumba for me is pure energy, sweat, and that rush when the music drops and everybody's moving together.
I always say, "Shuru karo, fir dekhte hain" (Just start, then watch). Consistency is my mantra - give it three months and you'll see changes, inside and out. No quick fixes here, just real progress.
If you want to bring the party to your office, festival, or private event, I can make it happen. From charity shows to team-building, I love taking Zumba outside the studio too.
