I run Zumba classes where anyone can join in, we use a mix of Hindi and Latin music, and the focus is on having fun, getting fitter, and feeling less stressed without strict diets or gym pressure.

My studio is more than just four walls - it's where all the dosti (friendship) and good vibes happen. I get a real kick out of seeing folks walk in tired and leave with a huge smile. Zumba for me is pure energy, sweat, and that rush when the music drops and everybody's moving together.

What My Classes Feel Like

  • No gym feels, no drama - just a place where you can let loose.
  • All levels welcome, from total newbies who think they're hopeless at dancing to folks who've done every group dance workout in town.
  • I keep the beats fresh, mixing Hindi, Latin, and some desi remixes so you never get bored. You'll be surprised at how much fun cardio class can actually be.

My Approach

I always say, "Shuru karo, fir dekhte hain" (Just start, then watch). Consistency is my mantra - give it three months and you'll see changes, inside and out. No quick fixes here, just real progress.

  • Not just Zumba for weight loss (though yeah, that's real - some lost 12 kg, some got their post-baby confidence back).

My Story

Hey, Anita here! Hit the big 5-0 last year, and honestly, I’m loving this ‘older, bolder’ vibe. Fitness ain’t about age for me—it’s about living loud. My ZUMBAholics family, they’re my crew, from the shy 64-year-old who now rocks a full hour, to my Durga Pujo squad. I keep learning new stuff because, well, why not? If you’re in your 20s or 60s, you’ll fit right in. We laugh, sweat, grow—together.

My Work

My Classes - I teach high-energy Zumba, inclusive yoga for seniors, prenatal yoga, Pilates, strength, and core circuit training.

Zero Judgment Zone - Doesn’t matter if you’re 25 or 65, newbie or pro. We just have fun and move together.

Go at Your Own Pace - Push yourself, but listen to your body. Be regular—give it 3 months, you’ll see the magic.

More Than Weight Loss - People get toned, sure, but it’s the boost in confidence and mental peace that I love most. Stress-buster vibes!
