I’m here for anyone who wants to feel stronger, not just look it. I don’t promise overnight changes, but if you show up and give yourself three months, you’ll really notice a difference. My approach is about building strength you can use every day, not just in the gym.

How We Get Stronger

  • Every class mixes things up - you won’t get bored, and you won’t plateau.
  • We focus a lot on bodyweight exercises for beginners and regulars alike, so no fancy equipment is needed.
  • A big part of our sessions is core strength workout moves inspired by Pilates. These help with posture and keep your back happy.
  • Expect plenty of high-energy conditioning - you’ll feel your stamina skyrocket. Trust me, you go from panting to punching through an entire session before you know it.

My Story

Hey, Anita here! Hit the big 5-0 last year, and honestly, I’m loving this ‘older, bolder’ vibe. Fitness ain’t about age for me—it’s about living loud. My ZUMBAholics family, they’re my crew, from the shy 64-year-old who now rocks a full hour, to my Durga Pujo squad. I keep learning new stuff because, well, why not? If you’re in your 20s or 60s, you’ll fit right in. We laugh, sweat, grow—together.

My Work

My Classes - I teach high-energy Zumba, inclusive yoga for seniors, prenatal yoga, Pilates, strength, and core circuit training.

Zero Judgment Zone - Doesn’t matter if you’re 25 or 65, newbie or pro. We just have fun and move together.

Go at Your Own Pace - Push yourself, but listen to your body. Be regular—give it 3 months, you’ll see the magic.

More Than Weight Loss - People get toned, sure, but it’s the boost in confidence and mental peace that I love most. Stress-buster vibes!
