I’ve worked with folks who’ve failed every crash diet out there and women figuring out postpartum weight management. I don’t expect you to give up biryani, cake, or social events. We’ll make this fit your routine.

How We Do It

  • Nutrition: I work with what’s on your plate, mostly home-cooked food. If you’re living in a hostel or eating out, we’ll figure it out together. No bans, just smarter choices and portion control.
  • Activity: No gym? No problem. I’ll set up a home workout weight loss plan that mixes strength and cardio. Three to five sessions a week - you choose what’s doable.
  • Habits: Small stuff matters. We focus on things like daily step count, better sleep, and stress. It’s about building long-term healthy habits, not chasing instant results.

What I Don’t Do

I don’t push fat loss without crash diets, detox teas, or force you onto keto if you love carbs. You won’t be counting calories till you hate food.

Results

My mentees have lost weight, inches, and gained confidence. I’ve seen hostel students drop kilos and moms get back into old jeans. Energy up, frustration down - that’s the real win.

Hey, I’m Aksshaye. I see folks everywhere, especially here, getting lost in crazy diets and magic shortcuts. Life’s busy, na? Teachers, new moms, housewives—no time for gym marathons or fancy meals.
