Most times, the real trouble is in your fascia - that sticky tissue tightening everything up and making you feel old before your time.
I use hands-on treatments that go deep, not just surface-level. You’ll notice I pay attention to where it hurts and where it started.
Everyone’s glued to a screen these days, right? I see so many teenagers and office folks with rounded backs or stiff necks. My posture correction exercises use simple things like resistance bands and bamboo sticks - just 10 minutes a day to wake up the right muscles and undo those daily desk habits.
My goal isn’t just quick pain relief. I want you to learn how to move right so the pain doesn’t come back. I’ll show you practical ways to keep your body strong and healthy for the long run.
I’m first aid and CPR certified. Nothing matters more to me than keeping you safe while we work on those aches and pains.
