How We Work: Two Phases

First, we dig deep to figure out what’s actually wrong. We don’t guess. There’s a full physical check, sometimes with fancy AI tools for knee issues. We’ve seen folks with complete ACL tears walk out able to squat again, even without surgery. Our toolbox? You’ll see hands-on stuff like dry needling therapy, joint mobilization, cupping, chiropractic moves, and support taping.

Once we sort the injury, it’s all about sport-specific strength training and making you more powerful. Think barbells, kettlebells, TRX, agility drills, plyometrics, balance work. We use clinical Pilates for athletes with knee or shoulder problems too.

Prevent Before You Heal

We use functional movement screening to catch risky patterns before they turn into injuries. No shortcuts here.

My Story

We’re Arch Physiotherapy & Fitness, but honestly, most days it feels like family more than a clinic. There was this one tough phase when I had to step away for a family emergency, and my team—my ‘army’—took charge. They didn’t just hold the fort, they ran the show with heart. That’s us: we celebrate Sankranthi together, help stroke survivors brush their hair again, cheer for our athletes at tournaments. Real people, real wins. That’s what drives us.
