Ayurveda Explained: Simple Science for Modern Life
I believe Ayurveda shouldn't be a mystery. Here is how I break down complex ancient principles into simple, daily habits that actually work for your health.
On stage during a panel discussion at ITM Kharghar. Engaging in dialogue with other experts is crucial for exploring how ancient knowledge can solve modern problems.
Speaking at the 'Wisdom Unveiled' event at ITM Kharghar. My goal was to inspire the next generation of leaders to embrace and explore the scientific foundations of Ayurveda.
Explaining the core concepts of Ayurveda to students at ITM Business School. I believe that if you cannot explain something simply, you do not understand it well enough.
Presenting the concept of the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Understanding your unique constitution is the first step towards achieving true health through Ayurveda.
It was a pleasure to deliver a lecture on the basics of Ayurveda to the students at ITM Kharghar. Their curiosity and engagement were truly encouraging.

About this collection
I don't use complex Sanskrit jargon when I teach, because if I cannot explain a concept like Vata or Pitta simply, I do not understand it well enough myself. Whether I am speaking at a university hall or running a community health camp in Vashi, my goal remains the same: to show you that Ayurveda is a logical, actionable science for your daily wellness, not just a set of outdated rituals.
Turning Off the Gas
Most modern treatments treat symptoms like they are steam from boiling milk. They tell you to blow on the milk to cool it down, which is a temporary fix. I teach a different approach: turn off the gas. When I lecture at places like ITM Kharghar, I use this analogy to explain why we focus on root cause analysis rather than quick, temporary relief.
Why I Share This Knowledge
My clinics and health camps are spaces for education. I find that when patients understand their own body constitution—their Prakriti—they stop fighting against their nature.
- Demystifying the Doshas: I simplify the concepts of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha so they make sense in your daily life.
- Modern Application: Ayurveda is not just for saints or students. I demonstrate how these principles apply to stress, thyroid issues, and chronic pain in a fast-paced city like Mumbai.
- Community Healing: My goal with health camps and lectures is to catch issues like hormonal imbalances or early-stage metabolic disorders before they become chronic problems.
If you have been feeling stuck in a cycle of medication without seeing real progress, it is time to look at the root. Understanding how your body works is the first step toward getting off that cycle. Thik che?
