About Featured
We do not just run drills; we prepare you for the league. Every week, our training splits between 3 days of tactical turf work in Andheri or Bandra and 2 days of explosive conditioning on Juhu Beach, all overseen by AIFF-licensed coaches and our dedicated team physio.
Championships are not won on match days; they are built during the week. At Mumbai Knights, we follow a rigorous five-day schedule designed to produce results, whether you are a grassroots player or pushing for the senior team.
The Training Ground
Our methodology combines technical skill with raw physical endurance.
- Turf Sessions: Three times a week, we focus on game-speed tactics, ball control, and match simulation. This is where we sharpen our team play for the MFA and WIFA leagues.
- Beach Conditioning: Two times a week, we hit Juhu Beach. Sand training is non-negotiable for building the stamina, agility, and explosive power required to outlast opponents for the full 90 minutes.
A Proven Pathway
We are the only club in Mumbai that provides a continuous pathway from Sub-Junior (U14) to Senior squads. We do not just build talent; we place it. Our players transition from youth levels into the Women's Premier League because they have been taught the Knights' system of high-intensity, disciplined football from day one. When you train with us, you are training with active senior players and coaches who know exactly what it takes to win at the state and national levels.
