Private Weekend Trek & Trip
Logistics & Transport
- Doorstep Service: Private AC Tempo Traveller or SUV pickup from your specific location. Includes driver allowance, tolls, parking, and interstate taxes.
- Trip Captain: Dedicated point of contact to handle tickets, logistics, and group management (optional add-on).
Stay & Meals
- Accommodation: 1-night stay in scenic Homestays (Coorg/Chikmagalur) or Beachside Camps (Gokarna). Configuration is Double or Triple sharing rooms/tents.
- Food: Includes 2 Breakfasts and 1 Dinner (local authentic buffet, Veg/Non-Veg). Lunches are self-sponsored to allow flexibility.
Activities
- Guided Adventure: Services of a local guide for treks (e.g., Kumara Parvatha, Tadiandamol) or heritage walks.
- Fees Covered: Includes forest department permits, waterfall entry fees, and local jeep transfers to trekking bases.
- Entertainment: Private bonfire setup with music (weather permitting).
Exclusions
- Lunch meals, personal snacks, and unlisted adventure sports (Zipline/Kayaking).

Expedition Transport
- Dedicated Vehicle: Private SUV (Innova/Xylo/Scorpio) or Tempo Traveller for the full duration (Airport to Airport).
- Driver: Experienced hill drivers specializing in treacherous mountain terrains (Ladakh/Spiti/NE).
Accommodation (5 Nights)
- City Stays: 3-Star Hotels or Boutique Guesthouses in main hubs (Leh/Shillong).
- Remote Stays: Swiss Tents with attached washrooms or cozy Homestays in remote locations (Nubra/Pangong/Spiti).
Food, Permits & Safety
- Meal Plan: Breakfast and Dinner included throughout the trip.
- Paperwork: Arrangement of Inner Line Permits (ILP), wildlife fees, and restricted area passes.
- Safety Gear: Vehicle equipped with Oxygen cylinders (for high altitudes) and First Aid kits.
Sightseeing
- Flexible Itinerary: Custom stops for photography and entry fees to monasteries, living root bridges, or museums.
Exclusions

We’re Muddie Trails, and honestly, we started out just like you. Stuck as corporate majdoors (office folks), dreaming of mountains while sitting in boring meetings. Those Goa plan WhatsApp groups?
