My Story
Namaskara! I'm Dr. Ramya Suresh. Some folks call me the dancing doctor. Medicine and Bharatanatyam both run deep for me—one's science, one's soul, but really, I can't imagine life without either. My guru and my Amma, Smt. Indira Kadambi, keeps me grounded, and my late Guru Bhanumati shaped my roots. Born in Punjab, so yes, I groove to Bhangra too! Dance, hospital shifts, paneer cravings—life’s full, but I love it.
My Work
Performances & Classes - I do solo, duet, and thematic Bharatanatyam shows. I teach too—beginners or advanced, online or in-person, all welcome!
Rooted in Tradition - My dance carries the style of my guru, Smt. Indira Kadambi. I perform margam repertoire and expressive abhinaya pieces.
Creative Productions - I love crafting my own thematic Bharatanatyam choreography—concept, script, emotion, all from scratch.
Favourite Moments on Stage - One day, I’m Yashoda scaring Krishna, next day, Radha lost in love. It’s all about feeling the story.
