Any energetic member of the general population who works well within a group and who is willing to increase their strength in a casual atmosphere. Best suited to people who thrive in a social environment and require a lot of motivation to achieve success.
I focus on technique and quality of performance during the training sessions which in my style are quite "Insane or Remain the Same." My main aim is to make every participant break personal records, using as much group motivational force as possible.
