My Work

Classes I Offer - Certified international Zumba instructor. I teach Zumba, Pool Zumba in Rohtak, Yoga, and dance fitness like Bhangra and Bollywood.

Cardio is a Party - Cardio boring? Bilkul nahi! My Bollywood dance fitness and Bhangra workouts are full-on fun, every session feels like a party.

Fitness with Masti - No strict rules, just enjoy. We dance, sweat, laugh, and get fit together. Regular Zumba lifts your mood too.

Always Something New - Started Pool Zumba in Rohtak – Aqua Zumba sessions were a hit. I keep bringing new dhamaal (fun) every time.

Cool Down and Stretch - After every class, we chill with light cardio and stretching. Recovery is as important as the workout.
