My Story
Osu! I’m Sensei Ananda Kannan, 3rd Dan Black Belt and founder of Hard Punch Karate Academy. Kyokushin is my life, my dream, my daily bread. Started HPKA just to spread this madness, and now, from one small class, we’re a big Kyokushin family across Bengaluru. My students – from tiny tots to seniors – they inspire me every day. Watching them kick, fall, get up, win medals, or just show up, that’s my real trophy.
My Work
Kyokushin Karate Training for All Ages - We run Kyokushin karate classes in Bengaluru for kids, adults, beginners, and black belts. Everyone’s welcome.
Full-Contact Karate & Competitive Kumite - You’ll get tough, real full-contact training. We prep you for competitive kumite, kata, and tournaments.
Belt Grading & Special Training Camps - We guide you through karate belt grading exams and hold special training camps to push limits.
Our Philosophy: Win or Learn - It’s not just about medals. Here, discipline, respect, and hard work matter most. No losing, only learning.
