This is the first collection of visuals a potential student sees. It is designed to capture the essence of our Gurukul, showcasing the transformative journey, the depth of our philosophy, and the quality of art you can learn to create with us.
Voices of Our Students
Hear directly from our students, who come from all walks of life, about their journey of self-discovery and skill development at our Gurukul. Their experiences highlight the transformation from having a basic interest to gaining confidence and fundamental knowledge.
The Gurukul: Our Philosophy and Space
Our teaching is rooted in the Gurukul tradition, emphasizing discipline, self-discovery, and respect for the process. We believe in principles like 'Kalabeda, kolabeda, husiya nudiyalu beda' (don't steal, don't kill, don't lie), which guide our non-competitive and supportive learning environment.
Foundation in Sketching & Drawing
Our diploma begins with a 3-month foundation in sketching, covering freehand work, anatomy, and live studies. We focus on building strong fundamentals in observation, perspective, and shading to prepare you for advanced work.
The Art of Painting: Watercolor & Acrylic
Progress from sketching to our painting module, where you will master watercolors and acrylics. We offer dedicated 2-month professional courses, available both online and offline, to help you master these vibrant mediums.
A Day at the Gurukul
Glimpses into our daily and weekly studio life, from focused practice sessions and instructor demos to exam preparations. See our students engage in various activities, including live studies, still life, and dedicated sessions for juniors.
Art and Culture
Art at our Gurukul is deeply connected to our culture and the world around us. We draw inspiration from seasons like Vasanta Ritu, festivals, and the spiritual wisdom embedded in our traditions.
