About The Lost City: An Ancient World Reimagined
This project was a 100,000 sq. ft. architectural intervention, not just a standard decor setup. We built a 50-foot stage and grotto-style entrance from the ground up, blending civil engineering with artistic narrative. If you are envisioning a large-scale event, remember that the foundation is as critical as the aesthetics; we focus on structural integrity just as much as the final look.
For The Lost City, we moved beyond typical wedding decor to create a fully realized ancient world. The design required extensive civil works to support the massive 182-foot wide stage and the roman-inspired stone facades.
We utilized projection mapping to turn rigid architectural surfaces into shifting, living canvases, blending classical statues with modern technical lighting. The entry experience was key, designed as a grotto reminiscent of the Ajanta and Ellora caves, using thousands of candles to create a sense of mystical, timeless depth.
Our approach is always grounded in this sort of spatial planning. Whether it is a Roman bridge for a ring ceremony or a cavernous dining hall, we treat the venue as a blank slate for storytelling. For large-scale events, this means coordinating truss installations, floor leveling, and facade fabrication months in advance. We prioritize this level of production because it creates a sense of place that traditional fabric-and-flower decor cannot achieve.
