Natural-Looking Gynecomastia Surgery & Chest Contouring
We help restore your confidence with permanent gynecomastia correction. See how we combine liposuction and gland removal to create a flatter, masculine chest.
This patient was concerned about the asymmetry of his chest. We performed a combination of gland excision and liposuction to create a balanced, masculine contour. This result, seen here at 1.5 months post-surgery, shows how the chest settles into a natural and symmetrical shape.
For this patient with Grade 3 gynecomastia, we performed a comprehensive correction. This video shows the before, a mid-surgery view with one side completed to highlight the difference, and the immediate result on the operating table. You can see the significant reduction in both fat and gland prominence right away.
We believe in showing our patients exactly how the procedure works. This video demonstrates the key steps: the initial presentation of gynecomastia, the fat removal process using liposuction, and the immediate post-operative result. This transparency helps you understand how we achieve a permanently flatter chest.
A significant transformation is visible even in the early stages of recovery. This patient is just 10 days post-surgery, and you can already see a dramatically flatter and more defined chest from the front and side profiles. Swelling will continue to decrease, and the results will keep improving.
For patients who want to enhance their results, we also offer high-definition VASER liposuction. This procedure not only corrects gynecomastia but also sculpts the abdomen to create the appearance of six-pack abs. This video shows the progress from before surgery to 45 days and the final result at 3 months.
A common question we get is whether cosmetic surgery is just for women. The answer is no. We offer many procedures tailored for men, including gynecomastia removal, liposuction, and facelifts, to help them achieve their aesthetic goals and boost their confidence.
Understanding what is removed is key. This patient's result is shown just 2 days after surgery, along with an image of the actual glandular tissue that was excised. Removing the gland is crucial for preventing recurrence and achieving a truly flat chest.
About Featured
Many patients assume gynecomastia is only about fat, but achieving a truly flat, masculine chest often requires removing the hard glandular tissue. Without excising this gland, the puffiness can persist or return. We combine liposuction to refine the contours with a precise gland removal technique, ensuring a permanent result that looks natural.
Our Surgical Approach
Gynecomastia is not one-size-fits-all. Whether you are dealing with minor puffiness (Grade 1) or more severe cases involving excess skin (Grade 3), our surgical approach varies to suit your specific profile.
We typically use a combination of two techniques:
- Liposuction: To aspirate excess fat and contour the chest area.
- Gland Excision: To remove the fibrotic, glandular tissue that diet and gym alone cannot fix.
For premium results, we also offer Hi-Definition VASER chest sculpting, which uses ultrasound technology to etch the borders of the pectoral muscles for a more defined, athletic appearance.
The Reality of Recovery and Scars
We believe in setting realistic expectations. While the chest becomes flat immediately, the body needs time to heal.
- Scars: We use a periareolar incision at the lower nipple border, which is designed to be minimally visible. However, a scar will remain. We work to ensure it is tough to spot, but it does not vanish completely.
- Pressure Garment: You will need to wear a compression vest after surgery. This is essential for skin retraction and ensuring the chest settles into its new, masculine shape.
- Timeline: Most patients are discharged on the same day. You will have follow-ups for dressing changes and suture removal, typically between day 7 and 10.
Is it Permanent?
Because we physically remove the glandular tissue, the results are permanent. You will see a significant change right after surgery, though the final contour continues to improve over the following three months as swelling subsides.
