However, Dr. Sumit and Dr. Shruti are the plastic surgeons in the OT with me. We operate as a unit because having a dedicated plastic surgeon alongside the lead doctor means we manage anesthesia, vitals, and surgical precision simultaneously, which is critical for a safe, 3-5 hour operation.
